The long-awaited day has arrived, rising as early as 6.30am and moving from faculty to KLIA 2 at 7.30am. While we were waiting for the flight at 11am, we took pictures and walked around KLIA2.  We have a tourism guide In Malaysia. The name is Zailir Othman.

After boarding the plane, I didn’t sleep because I wanted to see what the atmosphere was. What I enjoyed most was during the takeoff.

After arriving at Minangkabau airport, we were greeted from tourism guide from Indonesia that is Uni Merie. She is a friendly and cheerful person. Then, we need to go from airport to Bukit Tinggi and it took 2 hours to get to the destination. After arrived a destination within is at Bukit Tinggi, Universitas Muhammadiyah Sumatera Barat is the first place to goes. We came for a visits because want share knowledge or information about UiTM and Universitas Muhammadiyah Sumatera Barat.

After we finished our visits, we stopped at Warung Bika Talago. This place is famous for ‘Lempeng Neraka’. You can get to the Talago Bika Shop which is by the road and easy to get to. Why called Lempeng Neraka? Because Firewood is placed above and below at very high temperatures. That's why the hell is called cake because of the extreme burning process. It tastes so good and unique. Then, we stop by the boutique shop. The boutique sells fabric, batik shirts, handbags and other.

After that, we returned for dinner at Sederhana Restaurant who famous so called nasi padang. And then after eating, we checked in Hotel for took rest for next activity tomorrow.

2nd day
The next morning we get ready to go for breakfast. After all finish our breakfast, we boarded the bus to go to a planned destination. The first destination we going is Sanjai Ummi Aufa Hakim. This is a popular destination in the high hills area in found called ‘oleh-oleh’. the most famous variety of food are there called ‘ rendang telur’. Other foods available are ‘kerepek’, ‘keropok’,rendang coklat, dodoi,Pisang Salai and the traditional coffemiling. Many visitors come to buy the oleh-oleh  there because reasonable prices can be in large quantities.

After that, we go to Sulaman Hj Rosma. Many people come by for a look or buy souvenirs and embroidery. The price is a bit pricey, the quality is good and the motive is interesting. We come to this place look ways to ‘menyulam’, to make a songket using hand woven. It took at least 10 days to complete the Songket. We are very happy because it is very difficult to produce them. That is because to do songket it requires a lot of patient and focus. I salute all of them are make a songket are very interesting and beautiful pattern.

Next, our destination is Jagung Super Manis F1 Aina. I was really impressed about this place as we can see all the produce by from sweet corn. Sooo....there were sweet corn fritter, pudding, soup, cake and many more. I looked at everything and then decided to pick sweet corn, and they were yummyyy...
We go at Lembah Harau Waterfall. It so beautiful nature Waterfall have can see and many shop nearly there such as souvenirs have sold there. We all took pictures near hero. Amazinggggg……

And you can do many activity that they offer yang flying fox, slapping and others but we need paid. We headed to Batu Sangkar, to visit Istana Pagaruyung or better known as Istano Basa. There have a lot of history in the past. We took picture as memories. You could ask the local photographer to take your pictures. The scenery and the building here is really wonderful. The carving and the color of the palace match and show how artistic the people at that time built the palace. If you look for culture of minang this is the right place to go, you will see the house, with different functional, amazing , this place really rich of culture Indonesia. The outside area there have many shop who sells souvenirs and we buy a lot because very cheap and worth it.

Then, we so hungry and ate at hotel at Bukit tinggi. The food provided is delicious. The hotel's singing performance was also no less impressive as we dined. The hotel are also invited to anyone who wants to sing. In that times it also as memories for our classmates with the various acts and behaviors during the performance. 3th day
At seven o'clock, we got on the bus for dinner and headed back to our hotel in Bukittinggi. The next morning we got ready for breakfast and checked out of the Mersi hotel. After that we took the bus to Panorama Park. Panorama park is famous is called ‘Lubang Jepang’. Friendly guides will approach visitors to lead you through Lobang Jepang, wartime defensive tunnels built by slave labor. The park has beautiful scenery where we can see Mount Merapi or the active volcano. But what interests us the most is the Lobang Jepang. There is lot of history are there during World War 2. Although it has a scare story, it is a tourist attraction. This is because of the great history that makes this place a must visit.

The next destination is the Yayasan Daaru Tahfiz where we do charity work and visit with Tahfiz students there. This is something we will never forget because we have so many wonderful memories with our students there. Daaru tahfiz is located in the middle of a paddy field and surrounded by buffaloes making this place very peaceful. We were well received. The scenery is beautiful and the people there are very nice and friendly. We also performed with speeches, nasyids, martial arts and more. We also did activities with students to make them happy with our presence. We also made donations to Tahfiz because we knew they wanted to build a mosque in their area and we prayed for the people of Daaru Tahfiz and their students to succeed both here and hereafter. Hope we can see you again.

In the afternoon we go for lunch in the nearby area and head to the Puncak Lawang. I can say this place is like Cameron Highlands because the temperature very cold there seems to be Cameron Highlands. And then, go to Panorama of the Sungai Landia. The place also has beautiful scenery as it has views of the mountains and the greenery of nature.

After take a picture at Puncak Lawang and Sungai Landia, we go to cane factory or Gula Melaka and Rendang Kacang. This place made Gula Melaka with traditional way, that is used buffalo. Every day we travel and visit various places in Bukittinggi, we will also go to Padang for dinner and check in hotel there.

Day 4

This is our last day in Indonesia before returning to Malaysia. In Padang, we went to the mosque of Mesjid Raya Sumatera Barat to take a picture. After that, we went to Air Manis. We rode the ATV for 30 minutes. We had a lot of fun and took pictures as memories at the beach. A memorable memory. After that we went to lunch near the Minangkabau airport.

We had to accept the fact that this was our last day here. We do a lot of things together by visiting interesting places. So for anyone who wants to travel abroad, Bukittinggi, Indonesia can also be a great choice for tourists to experience. That's all from me. Thank you.
